The hotel property itself was well-kept, and the staff was friendly and did a great job overall. In case people are not aware, the area around the hotel is an urban business district, with multiple car dealerships around the hotel. There is also a significant amount of street traffic and people out walking on the streets until well in the night, and the sounds that can be heard in the rooms may bother those who are not used to sleeping in a city.

Was in town for the weekend for a friends get together. Found nothing wrong except, on the second night, I called the front desk to schedule a wake up call for the next morning and the call was never made. Luckily I had a back up alarm on my phone set.

THE AREA ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL IS FULL OF HOMELESS AND IN GENERAL NOT PLEASANT. THE STAFF WERE NOT FRIENDLY. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE FOR THE FACILITY.

The property itself was very clean , the area around the property is not so great . Room was spacious and clean no complaints we only stayed for one night to catch a flight .

In the mornings there was no hot water, and housekeepers barely did their jobs, and I was being judged by people while I smoked in front of my car. Just hit the fob key once to lock the door instead of multiple times. All this I told the front Desk and nothing was done

The front desk staff is extremely nice - always kind and helpful. For this reason alone I stay there. The neighborhood is questionable though I only go out to get in the car so this part of my statement may be erroneous. I've stayed in many other Holiday Inn Expresses since COVID and my room was in great shape comparatively speaking. Kudos to the staff for listening to my questions and being upbeat!
