Experience was great .staff friendly. Had a minor issue with my ac and they jumped right on it and took care of it. Actually went above and beyond . My only gripe is the beds are to hard but some might like that.

Good location stayed here with my daughter and niece 10 & 11 years old. It is 20 min to universal with no traffic driving. The pool was a nice size and clean. No lounge chairs but they have wicker chairs and a wicker couch. Every time we went to the pool it was empty. Quiet and friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Had to have shower looked at because the water was running very hot and maintenance for the toilet once but it wasn’t bad at all they came within minutes and had it all fixed. Would stay again in the future. I booked this very last minute and the breakfast wasn’t horrible. Eggs sausage/ bacon depending on the day menu changes. They also had biscuits bagels English muffins and all the dressings for your bagel. Juice was also available.
