Small rooms. The shuttle service from the airport does NOT come every half hour. We called three times before they came. No shuttle to the cruise port. Not a good hotel to stay at before a cruise.

The hotel staff was very nice & professional. I left safe, being a single traveler. The breakfast & dinner at the restaurant were excellent! Best coffee! Loved it. Prices were comparable to other places. Loved the Penthouse look out of Long Beach / Airport area. Very romantic for a couples dinner! 💖

This property canceled my reservation without notifying me. I showed up with 3 children and an infant with no hotel room. The manager Kai, didnt care at all and said he cancelled 15 reservations. He said my credit card didnt go through but when i called Expedia it said it was good. Im still so confused. Thankfully, i found a marriot with a room available.

Bed was hard for being an expensive hotel, I expected much better quality of the mattress. A male was having a loud conversation with another party in the hall close to our room for a good 20 minutes. (Loud voice). Parking fee of $15.00? Unacceptable, my car was not being monitored for safety, it was an open parking lot with no protection.
