First of all Expedia attempted to charge my card and cancelled my trip when I chose the option to pay at hotel. Well my account thought the charge was fraud so blocked it and then my stay was cancelled. The associate at Expedia was rude and impatient the managers at the hotel didn’t seem like they wanted to help me and had LIED and told me that Expedia already called them and my stay was cancelled when I was on the phone with Expedia and NO ONE TALKED TO THEM BECAUSE NO ONE WAS ANSWERING THEIR PHONE. Probably will never use Expedia because of this or Hotels.com to find places to stay just horrible service all around

I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Holiday Inn LAX for the following reason - THE STAFF!!! I left my Microsoft Surface Pro laptop in the desk drawer and flew to back to the east coast without it. Within 2 days, the staff packaged and returned the laptop to me via FedEx. It is in perfect condition and working order. I am extremely grateful! Thank you Erick & Team!!!

Parking was unique. Before heading to the parking meter theres a left turn to get around to the street traffic. Theres a steep drop that made driving an altima difficult. It scraped my car

Amazing experience at Holiday Inn. Concierge helped us get shuttle for Ram's game. Room was cleaned every day and housekeeping staff were courteous. Breakfast buffet had lots of food and the best staff! Front desk staff were helpful and quick check-in. Parking for a fee but secure. Definately would go back again!

Our tub would fill with water when we showered. Our first night there, we had no washcloths. The wood on the vanity in the bathroom was peeling off. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. We had no microwave. They charge $40/night for parking (explain to me again why this isn't included when you stay at a hotel???) This specific Holiday Inn decided to NOT offer discounts for veterans anymore.

I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.
I booked this hotel well in advance of our trip, for two queen beds. I’m traveling with my husband and our three children. We came to Los Angeles to celebrate the end of my daughter’s chemo therapy by seeing Meghan Trainor at the Forum. We arrived after the concert and the first thing I noticed is the entrance is a little difficult to get into. There’s a McDonald’s in the front.. I pulled up to the front doors, went to check in and was told that we were placed in a handicap room with one queen bed and a twin. Let me clarify that I did reach out to the hotel and ask for an early check in. When the day of check in came, I didn’t hear anything. Check in is at 3pm so by 2 pm I reached out and asked if the room would be ready early and I received a response saying we could come right then but it was already after 2 and we had a concert to get to. So that didn’t work out… So we arrived after the concert and I was told we only had a room with one queen and one twin, I was taken aback. There’s no way that’s going to work for my family. I asked her if there were any extra beds, she said no. I asked if there was a rate difference she said no. I asked if there was anything with two queen beds like I paid for and she said no. I’m curious if they just switched us over to the handicap because it was readily available for early check in? If they would have asked if we were okay with the handicap room for early check in, I would have said no thank you. It was mostly unpleasant.

When we got there everything was going wrong but the lady at the counter ended up going above and beyond and made everything right. You have to pay for parking so expect that and the spaces are tight. This location is conveniently close to the airport and they do have a shuttle that will transport there.
