I was surprised to find out that there was no bathroom in the room (they were down the hallway and shared) upon check in. I also heard rats clawing in the walls of the hotel each morning I woke up there.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and it’s set up like a transition place or a halfway house for prisoners getting out of prison or jail and I will not ever stay here again

This isn't a hotel, it's a dormitory or hostel style accommodation. And they require a nondisclosed, 100$ cash deposit, upfront which you received back after a room inspection. A family lives on site, a long with other long term residents resideing there, and community bathrooms (accessed by your room key). Our neighbor, a gentleman in his underwear, told us to keep it down after hours. It was clear this was his home. From the 'hotel' standpoint however, the beds and linens were so terrible, residents were loud, slamming doors at all hours, and eventually we so cold, so tired and so miserable, we left at 5 am. It IS immediately located to the local stadiums, but you get what you pay for. We'll pursue other options in the future.

Don’t not stay here

First when checking in they only accept cash forcing you to use the atm in the lobby , next everyone is the hotel has to share a restroom and shower which isn’t mention in the listing, the man at the window had no shirt on cooking curry which had the whole place smelling like it , food was also left over in the fridge from the previous person . Couldn’t stay here the whole stay once the toliet was clogged up . Spend 10$ more and find something better

The air conditioner worked amazing. I felt like our parking was secure. The only thing that surprised me on check in was that it was a shared bathroom and showers. But honestly they were very clean.

NO BATHROOM in ROOM, RUDE STAFF

BEWARE the rooms do not have a bathroom. you have to use the hallway bathroom. The staff at the check in counter is VERY rude! and demanding. not a great experience. Avoid this place.

I liked the proximity to stadiums and transportation facilities, the only downside is that showers are on the same room as the shared bathrooms, this may be uncomfortable for some but the property is honest mentioning that. Good option for a quick stay

Positives: It was a 5 minute walk to the Intuit Dome and came with a parking spot. Negatives: The hotel smelled poor and was dirty. Bed sheets did not smell fresh or clean. Had to place a shirt over pillows to sleep, so the smell didn’t bother me. In room mini fridge was broken. Walls are thin so room is noisy. Place was cheap and convenient. I feel it could have been cheaper since the bathroom was shared. Only booked to have a place to crash at after the show at the Intuit Dome.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, someone was outside the building clearly high and nodding off. Inside, it was muggy and reeked of weed. The hallway looked straight out of a horror movie—dark, dirty, and unsettling. At check-in, the woman asked for our booking number. As we waited, a shirtless man (apparently her husband, who lives at the hotel) walked up to the front window, pulled back the covers on a bed in full view, and climbed in. Completely shirtless. Completely inappropriate. Our room was over 80 degrees. The walls were filthy, the comforter had large black stains, and when we pulled back the sheets, we found a dried booger. There were spider webs in the bed frame and under the nightstand—complete with a large black spider. We turned on the AC, which thankfully worked well and cooled the room—but it blasted out a strong smell of urine. This place is not just dirty—it feels unsafe and unsanitary. Nothing about it is professional or acceptable. Spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else.
