This isn't a hotel, it's a dormitory or hostel style accommodation. And they require a nondisclosed, 100$ cash deposit, upfront which you received back after a room inspection.
A family lives on site, a long with other long term residents resideing there, and community bathrooms (accessed by your room key). Our neighbor, a gentleman in his underwear, told us to keep it down after hours. It was clear this was his home. From the 'hotel' standpoint however, the beds and linens were so terrible, residents were loud, slamming doors at all hours, and eventually we so cold, so tired and so miserable, we left at 5 am. It IS immediately located to the local stadiums, but you get what you pay for. We'll pursue other options in the future.
