Hotel lobby, my room and all corridors were always clean, everything was functional. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of hot items. Parking was nice, I parked in basement during my stay and it had easy access to elevator and room. Overall very pleased. I will stay again.

Wow this place was clean and had everything we wanted. The best breakfast available and plenty of parking. Plus the safety we felt at this place was wonderful with security and gated area. We will definitely be staying again here on our next trip

It was around 10:00 PM at night. A person (or a group of people, I couldn't tell) was talking very loudly at the front gate of the hotel - right outside of the lobby. My room was on the 3rd floor and right above the front gate, so it was too noisy and all of us in the room couldn't sleep. So, I called the front desk (by the way, the quick dial button on the phone did not work), and I told the front desk person to let her know about the noise issue. About 5 minutes past, the person was still talking loudly, so I called the front desk again, and she responded me angrily saying that she was waiting for someone to handle the issue as she was alone. And, then, she hung up on me. And, the noise continued until one of my family member went down to talk to the front desk. I was so frustrated on how the front desk person responded on this incident - she did nothing to resolve the noise issue, but, instead, she was angry at me, the person who was reporting the issue. I'm so disappointed about the service and upset about the staff's attitude.

Ive stayed at this property several times..but this time was the last. I was moved rooms 2x . The first room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, Stains and crumbs on one of the beds. The second room had hairs in the bathroom and hairs in one of the beds...the staff apologize but did nothing to compensate me for the horrible experience

Unresolved Service Failures

Customer service is non-existent here. After another guest was assigned to our room and strolled right in, no effort was made to contact us to apologize. We were later awoken by a housekeeping manager who knocked on our door and told us we needed to call the front desk to “sort things out”, which was odd because I’m not in charge of assigning rooms, so I’m not sure why this mistake was mine to fix. After this, the only contact made by management came in the form of two generic text messages and one email from guest services which still has not been acknowledged. On top of the gross service failure and lack of standard hospitality skills from the staff, the location does not have sufficient on-site parking for guests, which includes a ground level lot and UG garage. The shower tile also had pencil measurements from the contractor who installed it; somehow never having been seen or cleaned by the staff.

We loved the layout of the room; it's the most functional, roomy "typical" 2 bed hotel space we've experienced! The kitchenette was amazing and fabulous to help cut back on eating out expenses too! Our only suggestion is that the property could consider examining the showers/bathrooms for cleanliness in between guest stays.
