Room smelled like dog bed covering smelled same only 2 towels in bathroom the girl at counter at check in told us no rooms ready until 3:00pm we tried to check in at 1:30 pm we watched walk in get rooms since they were paying full rates. After I pointed out what I say we got checked in. The room next to us had a dog barking I called down to desk gave room number but the dog kept bark finally we decided to check out.

The breakfast options were amazing! The front desk staff was so helpful anytime we had questions about how to get somewhere, or where to eat! We called about getting extra blankets and pillows for the couch-pull out bed, and housekeeping was at our door within 5 minutes! we will absolutely return here =)

I found the room to be clean, spacious and well appointed. My only complaint was the constant dog barking in a nearby room during the afternoon yesterday. I'd been traveling since 4am that morning and really needed a nap. The dog barking ruined that. Otherwise I had a good experience.

My only complaint was ,the trash by the pool was overflowing. The front desk was absolutely amazing .Breakfast was outstanding, the kitchen staff worked so hard .I was impressed. Now when I'm looking to travel 1st thing I check is there a Homewood suites .Thank you for a great experience.

I had higher hopes for this Hotel but their Front Desk staff are not very friendly. After checking in my family and I were given a room that had BLOOD SPOTS all over the couch! We were absolutely disgusted. When we went downstairs I told one of the Front Desk staff and tried to show him a video but he didn’t care to even look or be concerned, he just crossed out my room number on the paper and wrote a different room number. The only feedback he gave me is “is the 1st floor okay with you?” No sincere apology to make anything right and one thing you have to understand is that I’m not a Karen or someone who’s rude so being that way towards me just shows the lack of training and customer service the employees have here. The new room was honestly just a notch better than the blood stained couch, there were random grease stains now and the room smelled like old French fries. I did not expect to be given a discount on my room or given an upgrade, but at least care! Maybe even offer to refund my parking for the disgusting experience, something! There was also only one working washing machine in the hotel, the other 3 were out of order despite charging $3 a load. The only great experience we had here was that the Breakfast Attendant was so nice and friendly and was working hard making sure everything was kept clean and full.
