The smoke alarm kept going off for no reason in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The phone didn’t work so we had security coming to knock at our door with a loud smoke alarm ringing at 2am and 5am they couldn’t fix it and had to remove it. We told FrontDesk our phone didn’t work when we checked in. They never replaced it or fixed it. We told him our heater didn’t work so we were cold all night. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work. We had to call the 800 number to help us.

The hotel had a good location and breakfast. In the rooms you could notice the frequency of use of the furniture. There was a strong smell, like a sewer in the hallways leading to the room.
