The lobby, restaurant, and bar area are modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I booked two rooms. The room on the far side of the hotel near the gym is in desperate need of renovation. The room was dark, and the decor was very outdated. The room on the main side of the hotel was brighter and in better condition. The shower curtain was discolored, and the color red bled through a quarter of the curtain. The location was good, and the little town around it is cute and lively. Parking was convenient. The hotel had early check-in, which was a plus. It is very close to Universal Studios.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to California to visit my kids and this was the worse trip at this hotel starting with them checking me and some other random person that I did not even know in the same room. I walked in the room to walk in on another persons belongings in the room. I went to the front desk let them know someone else had things in the room. The did check me into another room but at that point I did not feel safe that night thinking some random person would be walking into my room I did not sleep that night at all.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Burbank previously and liked it. It’s walkable to my office and has great rooms and a bar/dining option. I’d had a very long night previously and, therefore, a very long day before I’d checked in around 11pm. The woman at the front desk was an absolute BEAST at her job and was multitasking like I’d never seen anyone multitask. She was alone with a line of guests and shouldn’t have been but was handling it like a champ. Finally got to my room and was very happy, as earlier that day I had to move from another terrible hotel property. I will be back, I think this is my home away from home now.❤️
