Requires some TLC

Either the rooms smell strange or the cleaning products they use are absolutely foul. The rooms are extremely dated. Fortunately the location was perfect for us, hence the booking. Will definitely not be back unless it got some much needed tlc (refurbishment)

Friendly and helpful staff. Is an older building so facilities dated. Quite noisy as we were in a room on the street. Heating but no air conditioning if that’s needed. We used heating during our stay. Does have a ceiling fan

Check-in was good. Staff were helpful and friendly enough. Quick to come and fix the safe in our room. Decor throughout the hotel is very dated. Needs a good refresh. Hotel is in an excellent location.

Staff was great! The room was clean and the location is great. However, the building is older and needs upgrading. It was noisy at night you can hear the outside people and people walking upstairs. It was an ok stay for just the 1 night.

Great service and location, dumpy hotel.

The only good about this place is the customer service and the location. Other than that, it is a 2 star hotel at best. Issues: 1. The place is run down and old. 2. The location is great, but also not so great because of the amount of homeless people everywhere. 3. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. 4. Our room smelled like cigarettes and chemicals. Probably bug spray. 5. The worst part was our toilet kept clogging. It did not flush at all so the service guy had to be called at least three times to plunge the toilet. 6. For what it is, the place is terribly overpriced. It should be in the $100 range. If you don’t mind the above issues then the location and customer service are definitely a plus. But if the list above gives you pause then spend a few more dollars for a proper 3+ hotel.

this hotel is old, the elevator was broke and the maintenance knew ut, i’ve left my family get on the elevator, after a few minutes of being in the elevator and not moving, he told us that it was broken, the room I got had a view of the part where all the air conditioning installation is and by the way, it's quite dirty.

No rest for the weary.

There’s a Tequila bar in the same building that was doing all you can eat tacos and karaoke from 9PM-2AM. I was staying on the second floor right above the bar and it was so loud, at times, that my earplugs made no difference. It made getting up at 4AM for my flight a real challenge. The hotel should give guests a heads-up, as a courtesy, if this is a regular occurrence, which it seems to be.
