While the facility was nice and the cost reasonable, three complaints mared our visit. The mattress was very uncomfortable leading to a poor sleeping experience. Secondly the bathroom light was controlled by an automatic switch resulting in sleep disturbing very bright light when entering the bathroom in the night. Finally the A/C system was controlled by remote control. While there was a placard documenting the remote, there was no clear instructions on how to control the system. The room was too warm and I was unable to get the system to provide a comfortable setting.

It's not a hotel. It's an inn/motel. Property is clean. The bathroom in the room looks just like the photos, clean. The room we got did not look like the pictures. The headboard was a dated yellow, mustard color velvet. The sheets for our two twin beds didn't match, one had a blue flower pattern, the other did not. Our sheets had holes in them. One bed had four pillows, the other bed had two pillows. There is no closet, just a small rack that was crooked and look like it was going to fall over if I put four pairs of clothes on it. There are limited outlets in the room. There was some bits of trash on the carpet, like bits of tissues? Overall, the stay was comfortable, the room was over all clean. Yet, I wouldn't stay there again.

Upon checking in for our 2 night stay, we experienced an unexpected delay that resulted in a 10:30p entry to our assigned room. Due to the very late hour and fatigue, we did not assess the room right away. After discovering a few issues, we called the front desk and spoke to Cody who immediately accommodated us. Cody listened intently and was very professional yet empathetic in resolving the dilemma. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable while taking a proactive approach to handle the matter. Cody offered a very sincere apology for the inconvenience and expressed his appreciation for our patronage.
