Had to change my room twice because there was no hot water . I spent my evening switching rooms and couldn’t really enjoy the hotel. The staff and the hotel was beautiful all around but not having hot water was not a great experience .

One of the best hotels in LA
I love this hotel. Myself and my wife love this hotel. The decor is beautiful. The staff is very courteous and attenuative. We have stayed there over 5 times and will be staying there in the future.

Came to Los Angeles, CA from Miami, FL due to the passing of my mom. We booked this hotel because it was close to my aunts apartment. I like the fact that everything you needed was walking distance and didn’t need a Uber/lyft ride. The staff at the front desk was very polite and room service was excellent especially when we needed more towels. It was also quiet and It felt safe because there was security outside and inside the lobby of the hotel.
