Probably just our particular room because it was facing a trash dumpster and the freeway off ramp, but it was pretty noisy and I didn’t sleep the whole time we stayed there. Upon arrival, there is a door knob placard that you can fill out to get breakfast brought to u as long as you place it on your door by midnight the night before. We placed it on the door well before midnight, it was taken away by the time we got back late from dinner, so they obviously took it, but they never brought us our breakfast and when we called to ask what happened to us they said they never received anything 😟

Great hotel but difficult location

I was an evacuee from Santa Monica during the Palisades fire and was desperate so I didn't do a lot of checking. This was a very nice hotel, but the location was challenging. Located between a busy commercial street and freeway on/off ramps, it was scary crossing multiple very busy intersections to get to the actual marina. One other thing: the scanner for the parking exit QR code was very balky. I've never seen a parking lot scanner like that!

Solid 3 stars. Not sure on what planet it's 4. Upon check-in, I was asked if we wanted housekeeping daily. I said yes. The next day the room wasn't cleaned. I went to the front desk and apparently, my request didn't register! I said fine, clean my room the day after, only to find out the cleaning lady was all booked up for the day and they'd try to fit me in. Is that a 4-star hotel? The room has this heater/cooler that can only be on or off but doesn't have climate control. It's super loud, even on low fan speed. So you either spend a night in a stuffy room or listening to loud fan noise. Your choice. Rooms are fine but could use an update. Good location and decent facilities.
