Nice hotel in Long Beach. The room is spacious and the front desk were very helpful. Very close to shopping. Not very quiet as it is right under the bus stop and train stop. Otherwise it’s nice.

Reading the reviews, we thought we were on board for a perfect anniversary trip. Front desk staff was lovely. The hotel is located in a terrible area, homeless were screaming outside our room at 3am. We got zero sleep. Definitely scary to walk around, even though things to do should be walkable. Had an emergency come up at home, and had to leave the next morming early. Was told to email manager and nothing front desk could do. 3 days later, still no response.

Hidden gel along Metro line

Beautiful, clean room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The sauna was not working, but the steam room was great! The metro is right next to the hotel, which would make it very easy to get to but a bit noisy for light sleepers.

A nice small hotel near the Convention Center

Nice room; it gets the job done with the bare minimum of furniture. The bed is a little on the hard side. You will hear every Metro train because the building is next to a station. Best of all, it's walking distance from the Convention Center and a lively downtown night scene.
