I absolutely loved my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and lovely. I loved the rooftop, best views of LA! I had a delicious dinner at the rooftop bar. The location of the hotel is excellent in the downtown corridor with easy access to shopping and to restaurants.

This property was way better than I anticipated, absolutely beautiful room, the restaurant was delicious, rooftop lounge with pool was so cool. All the decorations and everything make this look like a much more expensive hotel than it is.

Everything has been great on this trip. I love the vibe of this hotel. My only complaint as a person in a wheelchair is the fact of a ramp that I could not get up without help. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here.
