TV remote didn’t work tried to replaced it few times and non of them worked out had to unplug TV in order to turn it off,asked for extra pillow the response we don’t have any and breakfast options were limited to bagel and cupcakes!

Customer service was amazing, young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The stairs can be an inconvenience if you travel with a lot. Cleanliness is subpar, but not disgusting. Parking is safe and accessible. Overall the stay is good and the mattress make up for everything.

Heating system made a huge noise, had to move rooms because I could not sleep, water never got hot in the shower, place smelled like bleach, sheets were stiff and scratchy and, again, smelled like bleach, shower did not drain properly, heater was either on or off as the temp gauge did not turn it off so I either froze or overheated. I could go on and on. Just terrible.

It was very brown. Literally, everything inside of the room was brown which took me a little by surprise compared to the photos. The continental breakfast is just bread and cereal. The location was the best, up the street from bars, the galleria, churches, plenty of markets and shopping very nearby. Had to pay to park over night $12, no biggie but all around wouldn’t stay again.
