Nice modern and clean Hotel. Close to airport and offers a shuttle pickup delivery to airport. You save close to $50 using it. Offers a restaurant and bar on premise. I needed a 1 night stay close airport and this hotel "checked all the boxes."

The cleaners were great i came to my suite everyday exception for 1 day, I had clean towels and bed was always made. I reserved off expedia, the room that I visually seen in the add image did not match the room i was provided.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet as part of the stay was excellent. Little tuck shop for snacks and soda was really expensive. $14 for 2 sodas was a little extreme, in my view.

We stayed here three weeks ago and stayed again on our return home. The airport shuttle is nice, but does not run as frequently as do the shuttles for other hotels. Otherwise it’s great.

Such a Relief to have a Beautiful Stay!
After having some terrible luck and not so hospitable staff at some of my stops on my vacation around the US it was SUCH a relief to be at Hyatt Place LAX. The staff were SO comfortingly accomodating and helpful and friendly, and I really needed that at the time. Thank you so much again to all staff I encountered during my stay.

The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and pleasant. He assisted us the whole time, and always with a smile and pleasant attitude. The housekeeper did a great job and made our stay comfortable. The staff in the morning breakfast dining room were very attentive and always clearing dishes when we were done. Thanks for a wonderful stay on our vacation. I will recommend your hotel, and I will only use it for my Los Angeles visits. Maybe next time, universal studios will be open
