Our room was not goo. It was like a closet with no natural light. There were no drawers or full length mirrors in our room and the condition of the room was bad with things falling apart. There were 2 good things about this, the gal that checked us in was nice and the complimentary breakfast was good.

We loved the location, we came out for a concert at the Kia Forum. This hotel was right in between the airport and the venue . It worked out perfectly. Good breakfast too

The shuttle service is very poor. We stayed here twice this month and both times had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Won’t be staying here again for this reason.

Nice room & staff, but walls are thin and we heard door opening & closing noise often. TV has limited chanel optios. Breakfast was disappointing. The buffet did not serve a variety of food, eggs/potatoes were cold, and did not have a good bread selection.

Everyone was super kind, pool was heated, hot tub was hot (listen to the planes!), so convenient to The Forum, complimentary breakfast was good, Starbucks and Jersey Mike's around the corner, room was practically soundproof. Drawback: there is some kind of blackout film on my window, so you can't see the weather and it is kind of like staying in the Batcave. But would stay again if coming in for shows.

Staff is awesome! Parking is a little tricky, best to call and ask about parking details, there are options depending what you are doing. Also, Expedia says 4pm is check in, it is actually at 3pm. We ate dinner at their in house restaurant, food was good, service was a little on the poor side. I had finished my whole meal before my husband got his plate. Other than that, great experience breakfast was great! You think it would be loud with all the planes being next to LAX .. but we slept good, no noise at all.
