Reaching the property to ask a question by phone was impossible… kept sending me to reservations who insisted they couldn’t help because I booked through Travelocity and they didn’t see a reservation with my name, phone # nor email. Tried to convince me to cancel Travelocity reservation and rebook directly with Hyatt (at a higher cost). Couldn’t get the info I wanted until at the property, which by then was too late…. Very unnerving for them to not locate Travelocity reservation. I believe Travelocity should provide two reservation numbers, the Travelocity # and the Hyatt reservation number.
