Overall, a nice property and very clean. All of the staff members were very friendly and courteous. The views on the upper floors are beautiful. Great location with easy access to The Pike and Shoreline Village. Nice room but the pillows were way too soft and the coffee maker didn’t work.

Conveniently located. Many restaurants, shopping, the beach and even The Laugh Factory across the street. Great pool area with firepit for at night. Peddle Swan boats available as well (they even light up at night). Staff was very friendly.

Hyatt Regency Top Marks for Service.

If you are planning a trip to Long Beach, California? I recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency. They have professional staff from the Valet's, to the Security, to the Front Desk Representatives, right down to the Bellmen that bring your luggage to your rooms ( please tip them if you can?). The stay was great..

Wonderful Hotel!

Perfect location for getting to great sightseeing places by foot, or a short ride. Plenty of choices for meals. Beautiful views. So many amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of places to sit. Would definitely book again!!

Great Hotel, Overpriced Bar

Hotel was nice, clean and location was great. The issue I had was with the hotel bar. We ordered two regular size 10oz Margaritas at the bar. They charged us $24 each. TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS EACH!!!! That was crazy. Total cost for 2 smaller size 10oz Margaritas was $58 dollars including tip. How CRAZY is that!! 1/3 of my hotel stay on 2 miserable margaritas. I will never set foot in that hotel bar ever again!!
