The property, as a whole, is nice. The area is great too. The rooms need some renovating, though. The carpet and room smelled like feet. The carpet was spotty and worn. The furniture is oddly placed - we had a couch and chairs and a table just inconveniently placed, it made it hard to get to the window to see out. They need that hotel dude who tells people what to change up - they need some significant room updates, especially for the price point. The bathroom was stellar, though. Also, the included amenities are great. Another odd thing - the WiFi should be protected, not just public. I questioned if we were even connecting to the right network and that’s terrifying in this day and age. I would stay here again, but I really wish they would replace the carpet in the rooms. Oh, a couple more things: the bath gel was basically water, so that was weird; the market downstairs had some weird food, like it was microwaved with no taste, I was very disappointed with that. However, the hotel is so close to decent food so just walk somewhere else, don’t bother eating here.

I've stayed here more than once. I really like the place and everything it has to offer. But this time the mattress in the room was absolutely unacceptable. It's like I could have slept on the floor and had the same experience. In the past the mattress was really good.

Hotel itself was very well maintained. Quiet. Front desk and bell services staff were EXCELLENT. But check-in was a hot mess. We arrived a few hours before 4pm check-in time, but it wasn't until almost 5pm that we were assigned our room. And that was only because I went back to the desk to demand it because we were tired of waiting. And they don't extend check-out time to make up for their delay. The lobby looked like an airport terminal with people and their luggage waiting for their rooms. Bell services ran out of room to store luggage and started piling it behind the front desk staff. Thankfully, I've stayed here before and know it's not normally like this. But it was bad this trip.
