Handy to the airport. Perfectly good place to stay. It does have a restaurant, otherwise no alternative dining options, except perhaps restaurants in other nearby hotels. There is a Target grocery store about a kilometre away, but there is no microwave provided in the room to warm up any food you may buy. One gripe I do have (and this applies to almost all US hotels) is that they do not provide an electric jug so that tea drinkers can boil water - Americans seem to assume everyone drinks coffee, so only a coffee maker is supplied.

We had to wait 30 min to get the shuttle from lax. Weird set up. The hotel shares with a car parking facility so very crowded. Other properties had lots of shuttles at lax, not just one. Ordered dash service for dinner, slow expensive and brought in a paper bag. Not Hyatt material. Very disappointing.

Very Refreshing Stay
Just used room to wait in until late night flight from LAX to FLL. Flight was at 10:45 so we didn’t want to be sitting around in the airport.

So convenient to LAX and Car rental properties. Absolutely loved this hotel. Dewayne on the bell desk was so helpful and such a happy man nothing was a problem to him. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.

The a/c went off a 3am. When I called downstairs to report, they said that they would send someone up to fix it. Since I was alone in the room, I chose to not have a stranger in my room at 3am. The facilities should be in working order so this doesn't happen
