We had very enjoyable stay. It felt like we were coming home at the end of the day instead of back to a hotel room. The suite was very spacious and allowed us plenty of room to both work and relax. Paying for the parking was well worth the money.

The ambience, it’s cozy. You don’t see a lot of people along the way compared to the usual hotels (which I liked, btw) the place was clean, it’s got a nice view. Pretty quiet for a weekend in Hollywood; and I was really able to chill out & relax. Would definitely go again.

Stayed at the Kasa Sunset while visiting my son who was at Emerson LA for the semester. The location was perfect--I could walk to his dorm. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a great kitchen setup. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly and was able to attend virtual meetings from the room--good wifi and it didn't look like I was in a hotel room. The staff was very responsive and accommodating when I extended my stay and even made sure I didn't have to change rooms. The neighborhood is kind of desolate, but it was the location I needed and the setup was perfect.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the Hollywood sign. Close to the walk of fame. Very clean. Nice workout room. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Hollywood.

My trip to L.A. was postponed (outside my control), so I asked both Expedia and Kasa Sunset *not* for a refund but to transfer the cost of my stay to a future reservation. They wouldn’t do it. Wouldn’t budge. Never spoke to a human, either. All through AI chat boxes. It’s that inflexibility that forever turns me off as a traveler & customer. Will go back to *only* using Hotels.com (which have granted me refunds in the past) and will def never book at Kasa Sunset again. Recommend no one else does either.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The location is super convenient and close to Hollywood Blvd, Paramount Studios, Warner Brother and Universal Studio. As people who constantly speak to people for work, we enjoyed the virtual aspect of the app. Customer service was reachable 24hrs and were quick to respond to all questions. Our room was on the 12th floor, we werent able to see the Hollywood Sign but could see Griffith. Regardless, the view was amazing!. Cleaners came everyday to change the garbages and you could likely request a clean but we didnt. Really liked that they store towels and other items in a closet that they provided a code to in case you wanted to replenish them yourself. The area of the building is safe, just be careful as with any place.
