I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff is so very kind. The room was perfect for my needs. Restaurants within walking distance. The parking was a little tight but typical for this style of property. Very convenient with minimal traffic getting to major freeways

The front desk people were great, and the lobby area was pleasant, but the hotel left much to be desired. The soundproofing is close to zero. When the toilet flushed in another room, it was extremely loud. When people talked anywhere near the room, I could hear it. The bath amenities were minimal. There were always piles of linens and other housekeeping supplies in the commmon areas. I stayed there because I was without a car and the location was extremely convenient for my needs, but this was not a great experience.

I'll be staying here again. It was a lucky find in the neighborhood I needed to be in. Room was great. Dark, quiet and cool, just right for sleeping.

Our room was so small, dirty, including the shower baseboards we had an electrical cover missing and only one chair. The bathroom had exactly 2 towels and one floor mat and one washcloth. There was no real place to send anything in the bathroom. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room if you wanted to store something you had to use a community refrigerator out in the reception area along with the microwave. Our neighbor up above was quite loud but that’s not the fault of the hotel. We will never be staying here again the bed was very uncomfortable you could tell that everybody slept in the same hole in the bed. I would like to post pictures but this doesn’t allow me to.

I enjoyed my stay here. It’s in a great location by UCLA and was a great price compared to competitors. The room was small, no frills, but clean. The AC took a bit to decipher since it was on the older side. Service was wonderful - everyone was kind and courteous. Parking was easy.
