Good for a night as a home base

This hotel is a good location to stay in LA. We enjoyed the area and it was a short drive to the comedy show we went to. The rooms were renovated / generally nice but there were a couple things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The main reason for the lower review is that when we woke up, there was no water in the hotel. We weren’t warned about the beforehand but the front desk seemed to know about it when we told them at check out. So we couldn’t shower before our travel day which was a bummer. That did seem like a one off situation but definitely tainted our experience. Overall, the hotel works as a home base to explore the city and the beds were comfortable.

The walls are so thin, you could hear others coughing in the room next door. The pull out couch was terrible and the sheets were dirty for it, we requested new sheets. The parking was easy and the front desk gentleman was nice.

Older property with a facelift. Great location. Great rate. Friendly and efficient staff. Liked that parking was available for no charge, but a spot wasn’t guaranteed. Parking spots were tight, ok for smaller cars. Would stay here again
