We got this hotel because we were going to an event at Sofi Stadium. It was convenient and close to the stadium however I found it odd that we would be charged $55 just to park at the hotel since we’re guest. Also the staff wasn’t very friendly a little bit rude I’m not sure if I would stay at this location again.

Inconvenient way to access the property coming off a busy road and no clear entrance, there was no fan ventilation in the bathroom, also we had to pay $60 for parking for one day which makes me think I could’ve looked elsewhere that was better with the $60 added that wouldn’t charge for parking.

Free breakfast in the morning was a joke. Have to pay for parking 50$ a day is outrageous. Its extremely noisy at night from road noise. Would never stay here again.

Great stay, slow shuttle, slow checkin

Pros: free airport shuttle, free breakfast, room spacious, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, room had a microwave and mini fridge. Room and bathroom was clean, and the AC worked well. Staff was kind and professional, and handled problems really gracefully. Con’s: breakfast was very basic (banana, apple, yogurt, cereal, milk, and a packaged danish). They must have been understaffed because there was a long check-in line and it took maybe 30 mins of standing in line to get up to the desk. They accidentally gave me a room that was occupied, and that took an additional 15 mins to sort out. Staff was very professional and helpful with that. The airport shuttles don’t have a set schedule, but leave every 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. It was confusing finding the shuttle pickup at the airport (it moved since the last time I was there) and the first shuttle blew past without stopping. The 2nd shuttle stopped, I approached it, then his backup siren turned on so I took a step back, and he almost left me behind. I had to approach the door when safe for him to figure out I was trying to get on. LAX has lots of traffic, so in the morning hours, expect it to take 25 mins to arrive at the higher terminals 6-8 from the hotel. Overall a really good stay for the price. I really liked the room.

The check in was terrible they only have one person I been in the line for an hour just to check in and by the time they give me my room the room was very dirty the beds and restroom, so I have to go back to the reception to get an other room.

The hotel was overbooked and we couldn’t check in because there were no rooms forcing us to have to leave at 1 AM after a long day of travel and find a new hotel. They did nothing to help us.

This place is ridiculous I had booked and paid a week before for my reservation. I arrive and the receptionist tells me they have no rooms mean while letting every other customer after us i told them i needed my money back and nothing this receptionists did nothing to help the person ahead of us also booked and paid weeks before and they did nothing the receptionist recommended we call Engel the manager and was no help since he was never able to answer anyone’s calls. I honestly do not recommend this place since they can never do nothing luckily I was able to get in at Ramada hotel they did everything they could do get us a room even when they were almost sold out. So thanks to Ramada and no Thanks to Hilton Garden Inn

I had a reservation for two nights, fully paid in advance. I even messaged them beforehand that my flight will be delayed and I will be checking in late. When I got to the hotel, they told me that they're oversold and my room already went to someone. So, they told me to simply get rhe refund. It wasn't just me; they did that to a numer of us. Apparently, there was a surge in demand because of flight cancelations at the airport and they decided to overcharge the rooms by taking away already booked rooms and giving them to other guest at a much higher price. They didn't even say they are sorry for the trouble. Very rude. And, of course, there aren't any nearby hotels available because they are all sold out too. So, we all got stranded in the middle of the night and had nowhere to go. Hilton just lost a long time customer and I will tell everyone that I know to boycott them in the future. I know they don't care at all and that is fine. It's because I will despise them forever!

Nice room

Shuttles for some reason were not picking up but the stay there was great once we got there. Super nice room and sucks there was construction going on so couldn’t eat at the restaurant but would stay again.
