There were No Towels for My Whole Stay, We asked Every Day (was told no towels) Hair & Band-aid in Shower Drain (shower couldn't drain) When We checked in the Gentleman at the counter said Breakfast was from 7:30-11am No! & Check out is 12pm No! Food for Breakfast was Terrible The Jacuzzi Wasn't Working The Floors in Rooms were So Dirty Walking around the Room Our feet Got Dirty The Last Day We asked for Towels was told They would Bring Some No 45 minutes Still Nothing My Grandson Finally went down to get Some When We Checked Out I Told the Manager of These things He Said Well You did get Towels I Said after My Grandson Came & got them He Said about the Drain Situation He Said I Will get Maintenance to Clean the Drain (what good will that do Us Now) I Have Never had Such a Terrible Experience!

We booked a premium room. The furniture was “updated” but in horrible condition, the linens were once white but full of stains. There was no seal on the bottom of the door, so every little noise from the hallway could be heard and vice versa. Despite requesting a crib in our booking and calling 2 hours before arrival, there was no crib when we arrived. And because only one person appeared to be working at the hotel, it took two trips to the front desk and about an hour before we were able to get one delivered to our room. Not impressed.

We only had 1 day of housekeeping mind you we were there for 5 days. Also, the key cards would continue to cancel their program and lock ourselves out of the room every single day and we had to go to lobby all the time when arriving to our room. Also, the breakfast was super quick and no time at all for the little ones. It’s a little overpriced for the area but the only good thing about the hotel was that you don’t pay for the parking. Wouldn’t book here again. ( they charged us the deposit fee before we arrived when online it said no deposit was not needed.
