Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was well stocked and decent food. Staff were overall friendly, the person who checked us in was the only non friendly person. He didn’t tell us about breakfast or parking and wasn’t helpful. He wasn’t blatantly rude but just wasn’t friendly or helpful at check in. Overall great property.

Clean hotel because it's new but nothing special or great anout the place. I didn't like the idea i had to pay $20 dollars per day to park my car there. There isn't any friendly staff nor service wasn't great.

Pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t expecting such a great quality hotel for the 2star category! Staff were very helpful, the breakfast included was a hit and mostly very clean :) (only negative: musty bathroom) I would definitely stay again if I ever come back to San Jose!
