this is my number one san jose business hotel

Have stayed here twice and this is now my number one choice for business trip accommodation in San Jose. GREAT polite and friendly staff. SUPER clean and comfortable rooms in luxe condition. EXCELLENT free breakfast. PERFECT location a $10 uber ride from the airport and downtown san jose.

The employee at the front was amazing! I can't remember her name which is such a shame because she needs to be recognized. She was the employee at the desk at 11am on 12/11/24. Hope that helps find her. My family and I would literally return here only because of her. She has great customer service skills and you can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the company. Take care of her please!
