Javier at check in and Brenda at check out were amazing. Javier checked me in like a pro and I felt very well taken care of. I overheard a very very difficult customer when I was checking and I can't believe how calm and professional Brenda remained.

Good thing about the property was it’s at walking distance to Hollywood main shooping area and has dedicated parking. However, overall property is a bit old and it’s noisy in the night. Additionally, room had a weird smell all the time along with room carpet was very sticky because it’s too old.

Good location

Great location and overall a nice hotel. Only negative for me was the room keys kept stopping working and i had to go to the reception to get new ones. Happend 4/5 times and i was only staying for 4 nights. I would stay again

Online Reservation challenge

The Hotel staff did not know how to process my Hotels.com paid reservation. It was very inconvenient to be waiting thru the night for the hotel to speak to Hotels.com team to learn how to solve this

It’s convenient, 2 blocks from Hollywood Bowl. It’s off a busy Blvd. There is limited parking impossible to get in and out. They double park so you have to leave your key. It took forever to check in. One guy at a desk. Checking out they said I had to get out of my room, then they’d send someone to the room to check to release my deposit. The owner came in to check the room. It was strange. Will never stay there again. It wasn’t cheap either. $350 for one night. I asked for two queens they gave us a king.
