The room was very spacious and really nice. Overall we liked the hotel. However, we had to sleep with the ac off, as it was emanating a smell like urine. We let the staff know and they were apologetic. Since we only stayed one night we didn’t make an issue of it.

I was no happy I had to park on the street and move my car before 8am so I wouldn’t get a ticket and not know where to park if there was still no room in there parking

First, the staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. However, the rooms themselves leave much to be desired: The beds don't have a box spring, therfore lack support and you feel like youre going to roll off the bed when sleeping by the edge. Also very low to the ground, for those who might have a hard time getting in/out of bed. The bathroom sinks have no undersink storage space/shelves; where do i put my hygienic supplies? The towels are on tbe opposite wall from the sink, requiring you to wash hands then walk to opposite wall to dry hands. No shelves in the shower, have to place shampoo, etc on the floor. No trash liners; this may be a conservation piece however. My room's usb charging outlets didn't work, neither did the phone, and desk lamp didn't work. The fridge was tiny - coups maybe fit 4 water bottles. Also, not in a great area and very rundown part of town. Won't stay here again.

Great little hotel in North Hollywood. Convenient location with a lot of dining just a short walk away. Staff was very friendly, easy parking garage and the property is very clean. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Universal Studios!!!

We stayed here after attending Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Check in and check out process was quick and simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was nice and very clean. Shower didn’t get hot enough and lacked water pressure. Staff member was asleep when I showed up to check in at approximately 7pm. Parking spaces are small and there aren’t enough of them. The building itself is nice but the area around is just homeless camps.

We weren’t told until the day we checked in that there is no room service and no beverage service, when the website boasts a bar and dining open most days. Area around this hotel looks to be going through some renovations but the firehouse is next door. So, all night you hear their loud speaker communications and obviously their sirens when they have a call. All. Night. Rooms were cute and decorated well. Clean. Bed was comfy. Front doors didn’t work, so we had to enter through the parking garage. Just not worth the money to us.

Nice hotel. Has some construction out in the parking lot so limited parking. They were nice enough to take the key and let us block cars. The heat wave was intense so anywhere in the hotel except your Pom felt like an oven. Wish the bar wouldn’t been open.
