The room was quite clean and it was exactly what i expected. Nice staff. Friendly and helpful. They did more than make beds. They actually changed the bedding altogether. Walking distance from our event venue the Venice West. Also walked to the Gin Rummy on Washington, a great spot that had a comedy show. I did not however appreciate paying for parking 😒 I'm already staying here and even though you have adequate parking, you charge an additional $15 per night. The worst part is they spring it on you at check in 👎

My stay was overall decent if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and not planning to spend much time in the room. When I checked in, the front desk experience was mixed. Two staff members were not very welcoming and didn’t greet me, which didn’t feel great after traveling. However, one staff member was kind, acknowledged me, and took care of my needs — I really appreciated her professionalism. The room itself was simple. The bed was low to the ground, and there was no dresser or closet for storage. The windows have a stained/frosted design, so you can’t really see outside. The neighborhood felt okay. I did like that there’s a McDonald’s next door, which was convenient, and the Bus 3 stop right outside made transportation easy. Overall, it’s a decent place if you just need a basic place to stay and rest, but don’t expect many amenities or a warm welcome from all staff.

The worst experience ever. Ran down motel I booked this hotel through Expedia something close to the beach and still in the city. I had a late flight the hotel reached out to me saying they were closing at midnight. My plane just landed at 11:47 I let them know it would be possible to make it prior to 12. They had security give me a key. First step in the room the walls seemed paper thin i could hear coughs and sirens and it smelled like cigarettes desire the no smoking sound. I reached out to Expedia being that lobby was closed after midnight asked for an early check out I had 3 more nights left. I wrote the motel letting them know I wish for an early check out thanks for waiting for me to check in. That morning my room phone rings to the owner screaming at me for wanting to leave. I told her my issues with the room she yelled what did you expect from 88 dollar hotel. The room was listed for over 100 dollars online. She was rude she then stated I can check out by 11 but I wouldn’t get any refunds for the nights I already paid for. I had no choice but to stay I made sure to stay out of room unless I was sleeping. I made sure to check out slow to return the amazing hospitality not hostile not aggressive just slo
