It was a great central location to everything. Underground parking, spacious rooms(suite) for my family of 6. Of course there are homeless ppl hanging around, but then again, you’re in LA. I recommend this property.
Property is not as pictured on Expedia. Inside the rooms were better. Lots of homeless on the property and sleeping in stairwells. We could hear every word the neighbors said unfortunately all night. You get what you pay for in the area though.

Picking up Todd
The room looks exactly like the photo. It's beautiful. But let's pan outwards where you can literally see the inside of the room from the crack between the door frame and door.
Let's pan outwards more where you realize the door that separates the suites from every one else can be easily breached. The hotel is located in a very nice area but getting out the very secured parking garage can be quite challenging especially if you are trying to catch the 405. Oh and there was a Pink MuMu wearing Manatee and her very studly stud loitering.
The hotel looked nothing like it was advertised on a pictures. Ways was under construction it would have been good to know that before we booked it extremely low class clients extremely noisy under the influence selfish entitled. We asked for ice it was literally rationed out and we got like two small cups worth of ice. We were ready to call the cops at 12:00 in the night because of our lovely Neighbors behind the door. One thing we know for sure never again! And I would appreciate if you freaking reimburse us for the inconvenience thank you so much
The interior of the hotel including the rooms appeared to have been remodeled in the last year or so. However, the exterior is in need of sprucing up. It did appear that they have started to do that.
The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean although basic and lacking in the usual details like coffee maker, hairdryer and iron. However, there was a group of homeless people camped out on the pavement right outside our window (room 101) and they kept us awake until 4am. When we asked to be moved we were given the keys to room 202 which was a floor above but would have had the same problem. We ansked again for another room and were finally given one overlooking a small alleyway. We were told that the issue had been reported to the police and another agency but they had done nothing. We appreciate that there is a high incidence of homelessness in the area but it did make us feel very uneasy as well as keeping us awake.
Just wanted to hangout with family at the beach. Looking at the pictures on the hotels.com site I thought the place looked just like what the picture was but it was all just a way to get the customer to come. The place looked like there were the unhoused people living there. Overall, the place was ok. Also hearing the homeless people argue in the back of the property.
