The staff are very gentle and respectful, I arrived early sweating in the LA heat with a 100 kg bag and they booked me in early so I can refresh. The room was clean and the facilities are clean.

The staff and service was excellent, we did not read that there was no air conditioning and bathrooms were communal but otherwise clean… Fridge in room was good but no tv. It was good that it’s a walking distance to every where, room was clean too.

Everything was great except the air conditioners were not working in the building and it was 103 degrees outside. The staff was great, though, but we couldn't sleep in such heat.

The personal is nice, but it’s almost impossible to sleep in the hotel. Rooms are really small, they have no AC.

nice quiet area in little Tokyo, next to a bunch of stores and dining. staff was super accommodating and even though there was no ac, they provided us with an extra fan to improve ventilation. didn't drive but it's a short walk from the metro (I believe no parking) but there is a lot within like a 5 minute walking distance. really enjoyed the stay!

Don’t recommend
Photos are misleading. The walls are discolored, horrible lighting, no AC and awful scent throughout the hotel. Go here without the expectation of comfort. The shared shower had hair all over it as well.
