Destination fee rip-off. They also charged me for 1 minibar water ($30!) when I didn’t even touch it. Pool closed for private event and Lowe’s wouldn’t even give me any credit toward the enormous destination/resort fees. They said I could use another hotel pool, but I wanted to enjoy the pool at the location I was staying in- That’s why I booked the room in the first place. I did not want to have to walk down the stinky street in my pool attire. I’ll never stay here again, I’ve stayed multiple times but it just keeps getting worse. Rude front desk manager -he will talk over you and get in your face. They did not recognize my platinum status upon check-in. I had to ask for a room upgrade. They also failed to give me my dining credit. It was almost like I was bothering them to stay at this hotel. Truly an awful experience!! If you go through Expedia (which I love) don’t stay here.
