Proximity to Shopping Mall and Hollywood sights is unbeatable... very convenient to Universal Studios as well. It was a little pricy, but I suppose that is to be expected given the location.

Excellent Property!

We picked this hotel because of it's closeness to the concert venue. Our check-in and check-out was awesome! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she offered excellent customer service. Her co-worker this morning not so much, so we were glad when she stepped up and handled out check-out and then even came to our assistance to get us back to the parking area.

Optimistic

We had a suite (#1206) during our stay. We always stay at this location when visiting SoCal however, it was the first time that we had to deal with a broken shower, torn rug, hole in walls and extended wait time for towels and sheets. Our experiences have always been great for the most part therefore it makes me disappointed to write this type of response. Although we enjoy this location we are optimistic this type of experience will not happen again.

Very friendly staff, which really make you want to visit again. Great hotel, great facilities and lovely view. We did book a room with a view of the Hollywood sign and didn’t get a view but the staff were so nice, we didn’t mind too much. Can’t wait to come back again and stay here!
