Carpet needs to be replaced throughout hotel. Hallways darker than I'd like. If you arrive after midnight on a late flight no food except sandwiches in cellophane. No room service. When asked about food options told to use Uber Eats and get food from Jack in the Box or McDonald's. Breakfast area in the morning very clean and bright with food service in the lobby which is optimal. Didn't get to sample food due to very early morning flight.

I stayed one night, requested a late check out as my flight was landing late around midnight, they told me that was good. At the check in, it was 2am time to get there with delayed flight, the lady told that I would be charged 20$ per hour for the late check out. I think this is totally non commercial especially since I arrived at 2am, could understand if I checked at 3pm.

Staff were amazing. Rooms were not sound proof as you could hear young kids next door screaming and young couples partying. The AC was also noisy. That being said, this stay was an overnight layover for an early flight, beds were comfy and food was yummy, which suited our needs.

I think my biggest comment is how nice everyone was. My experience has been in lax hotels is rudeness and uncaring. Everyone was terrific. The room was comfortable and clean. If there was a complaint, the air conditioner was noisy.

I look for places that are "classy" and this hotel fits that bill. The rooms, lobby, shops, etc...all nicely done. I don't mind paying a bit extra for this perk but I still found the pricing to be very fair for what you get.
