First night - a/c didn’t work. 2nd day - they tried to fix the broken ac but ended moving me to a diff room. 2nd night- LOUD noise from the event next building. So loud my windows were vibrating from the music band and my noise cancelling noise didn’t even work. I was then moved later that night to a quieter room. This overall stay was a nightmare! Ima lifetime titanium with Marriott and this stay was one of the worst ones. Only good part was the manager that helped me moved to a quieter room 2nd night around 11 pm.

Good stay but extra money for parking

It was good but what really got to me was the $27 (or so) parking bill. And the $6 water (caned) $3 for a small bottle that should only be $1 or free for guests. The parking pissed me of though cause I'm already paying almost $200 for a room. Help us out a little here guys!

2 of us stayed in a king bed standard room for 1 night. The room was comfortable, but the shower curtain was too short and water leaked to the bathroom. By the time 2 of us finished showering, the bathroom was completely flooded. We had to use many towels to dry the floor.

I wasn’t told I’d get charged a separate parking fee per vehicle. I double checked my receipt for booking. At check in I was given my parking pass but wasn’t told there would be a separate fee per vehicle. It wasn’t until I saw the separate charges on my account that I was given this information. I won’t be staying here again.

My stepfather paid for ours 2 rooms , they were trying to split the rooms so he couldn't collect points on both. We were told there was transportation at 9:30 then told there is no transportation on Sunday. When we went to get coffee in the morning but they had no expresso or chi so we were charged 11.00 for plain coffee,which is free in the rooms. We had to ask for robes. They charge 10.00 for wifi use. When we wanted to relax at the hot tub the water was cold and they didn't fix it until after it closed for the night. Plus by the pool it smelt like sewage.The service was nice and the bar but the amenities were lacking hard and the building is outdated.
