Friendly, safe, and clean property and rooms. Staff are uber friendly and helpful. Pros are that people need to be informed about their hidden fees (Property fee, Valet fee around $60, Tax upon that). Other than that, enjoyed it being right beside crypto for any events.

I loved it there.. The room was pretty big and the staff did their best to keep it clean! Only the receptionist seemed a bit unfriendly and not interested at the check out. The lady that did the check in on the other hand was really lovely and friendly. I still don’t know if I get my caution back or not coz the check out women didn’t said anything. Thanks for that :) It’s a lovely area and I would stay there again if I would come back to LA.
