Enter the Twilight Zone Avoid at all costs. The hotel is run down and should have been refurbished 15 years ago. The carpets are stained. The paint is peeling. The bathroom is spacious. The shower drips slow and there is no switch to fill the bathtub. Only 2 towels, a bath towel and a washcloth. Aside from coffee and a bar with limited hours there are no services I could continue but I won’t. Not coming back.

This property is run down. There is limited cleaning. Dirty towels were in the hallway as one walked to the elevator on a grey carpet with rips. The decor reminded me of an old brothel. The hallways are painted black, and the rooms are paneled in deteriorating soft red cloth. There was no one at the front desk when we checked in and the security in the hotel seemed minimal. The brightside: it is quiet and in a lovely neighborhood and walkable to various spots in Beverly Hills.

The HOTEL SAYS DOGS ALLOWED - THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE DOGS. THE AC DODNT WORK. THE DOOR WOULDNT OPEN. TOTAL FIRE TRAP. THE STAFF WERE LACKADAISICAL AND UNCARING. NEVER AGAIN

The bed was really comfy, there’s a quant little bar in the lobby. The bathroom is a tad bit small, as far as showering goes, but I’d definitely stay here again! And honestly such a great price for the location, thanks for having us! Oh, not to mention, the staff was so nice upon arrival and departure!

I was charged for a resort fee but that I was never informed about. Vincenzo answered my call when I saw it on my credit card and he should not be working in hospitality. I was condescendingly asked “Do you sign for cigarettes when you buy them?”. He also mentioned that the resort fee is listed on Expedia which it is not. I’m currently waiting on my refund but what a joke… Do not stay here.

Check in was odd - team member at the desk and she maybe wasn't feeling well or I don't know, but she did. not. give one. The phone was ringing and I said "please get that if you need to" she shrugged her shoulders and said "it's fine" it rang and rang and rang. Stopped - about another min later it started again rang and rang and rang was unsettling - I said same, she said same. She was not the least concerned - and having stayed there as many times as I have over the years, called the hotel, or called from my room - and not been able to reach anyone - this is a bit frustrating. She was on her phone and just wanted me away from the desk and her space. No smile - no thank you - no enjoy your stay. I was embarrassed to be bothering her and it was really uncomfortable. Bummmmmmer.... Also sad to see you no longer offer a glass of bubbly on check in - ?? If you don't want to walk to another hotel an use their pool - or be there for the 1 hour when a glass of wine is offered - you get zip. Bummmmer.... the bubbly was a big part of the charm and gave the place character after a sip. At least offer the drink whenever the guest is there...come on ; )

This hotel was a very near boutique type place. I didn’t spend a lot time on premises, but most was good while I was there. My only complaint is the noise above having been on the 1st floor.
