Terrible hotel. Sheets were dirty in multiple spots. Couldn’t ask front desk because they leave at 11 till the next morning. Killed 3 bugs before I went to bed. The construction is the worst quality I’ve ever seen. Probably the reason there were so many bugs.

Major complaint is that I tried to checked in around 10 pm, no staff at the desk. I rang the bell multiple times and called front desk number which rang with no answer. After 15 minutes of waiting, I started looking around the office and saying “hello”! I found the front desk staff (female) asleep in the back room. She was startled and woke up, embarrassed and completed the check in.
