Couldn’t decide between a few different areas and hotels but glad I chose Mayumi. Was really chilled, nice size room and super clean. I didn’t do anything in the surrounding area so can’t really comment but I felt safe there and the staff were friendly. It’s obviously not a super swanky hotel option but it felt really easy and relaxing, nice vibe and really cool design overall with the courtyard and fire pit. Shower was 10/10 and the bed/ pillows were really comfy. Would recommend to friends/ family for sure.

Wow, what a great hotel! We'd stay there for a month if we could! Such great architecture and interiors, fab staff (Wendy rocks!), yummy b'fast, ten minutes to LAX, Marina Del Rey and Venice, a cool courtyard to hang out in, bikes to ride, free street parking, Menchie's Yogurt across the street and an old school office and stationery store next store. They pretty much thought of everything, yay!

Cute boutique hotel in convenient location

Very cute locally-owned boutique hotel, in a convenient location close to the airport, Westfield shopping mall, and right across the street from a strip mall with a grocery store, which came handy to take advantage of the in-room mini refrigerator and microwaves in the reception/lounge area. Decent continental breakfast and sake happy hour. Free parking on the streets surrounding the building, just be aware of parking restrictions on street cleaning days and remember to move your car. Would stay here again!

This place is a cool modern urban oasis in a place you’d never expect! Chic modern architecture surrounding a warm communal space in an interior courtyard. Room was modern, roomy and clean with an awesome shower with glass on three sides! What a great find .

Perfect for a quick overnight in west LA. Quiet neighborhood. Great breakfast arrangement, clean, efficient and quiet room. Great location for visiting UCLA and surrounds without having to stay in busy area around campus. Excellent value.

Cool atmosphere. Not a hotel experience by any means (take that for what it is). Check out the pics online for more info. I came for business and it was a walkable distance to where I needed to be. I would definitely stay again if I had to come back to this area.
