Property was average. Cleanliness was amazing and the amenities in the area we’re also good lots of options for dining and shopping. It was an OK area and honestly, it was a very good price for the area that we were in and how close we were to the other amenities in the city of LA like just a very short drive for LA 30 to 45 minutes to major attractions, so that’s not bad for LA

Very reasonably priced hotel and pet friendly. Had dog walking areas and poop bags for the puppies, which was nice. The outside doors don’t lock properly when you’re going into the hotel you can just open them without the key. The room was comfortable and clean. Was very close to nice amenities shopping dining options were amazing. Only complaint is it states there’s a business centre in this hotel on the website and there is no business centre so that’s a lie that should be removed from the website. Otherwise it was a Decent hotel for the price and the staff were amazing. Honestly have to say that the staff was great..

Might be the last time. We were on the 2nd floor the first visit and it wasn’t too bad. This past visit, 4 days, wasn’t as nice. Kids running and screaming in the hallway, dogs barking, and drunks coming in at 3am blasting Mexican music on a portable speaker. Reminds me of a low income housing complex. There’s just too much going on.

Located right next to noisy freeway. Entry doors that provide security were broken, not secure and no closer so it banged every time. Toilet ran constantly. Staff were rude when asked for assistance. Considering all the hassles, its not worth the price.
