I was looking forward to staying here but when I got here I was assisted by a very rude person at the front desk. He was so quick to shoo me away as I could tell he just didn’t want to be bothered. When I made my way up to the initial room I was given 515 the door key didnt work and the door itself was wobbly. When I went back downstairs to ask to let the same person at the front desk know about this he rolled his eyes and groaned and just moved me to room 316. Once inside the wood panels on the floor were coming off and literally duct taped down so they wouldn’t come off! The rest and stay itself wasn’t terrible and it’s a convenient location to everything happening in Hollywood. The staff and hotel appearance were not.

The person at the reception named Jose treated us very badly, the towels were dirty and had a bad smell. Right next to the hotel there were some apartments where there were some people screaming all night long. We couldn't rest. We had to pay 80 dollars to park our car because they didn't have a parking lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The hotel is filed with posters and room menus and notices for an in-room delivery service that isn't working. Staff says they've reported it. Parking is an unbelievable system that requires showing up at the desk daily in the morning (7am) to purchase one of a limited set of that day's parking vouchers. Miss that, and you're on your own after noon until the next morning. WiFi has some issue that makes it unsuitable for continuous remote connections, so bring that personal hotspot! The room size, desk size, bathroom setup are all fine. The parking is a killer.

Lots of noise outside our room and above us. Parking was excellent on site. Staff is very nice, property is older but our second time staying here. Very convenient to Hollywood Blvd. Would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Parking is a little spendy but it was worth it. The neighborhood might look sketchy at first but it’s not bad at all. The staff makes you feel safe.

For the area, the hotel was clean. Rooms are very basic, but clean. I forgot a hair dryer, but they had one at the front desk I borrowed daily. They have an app to download that offers some free food delivery from certain areas around the motel. I tried using it, however it said the McDonald’s system was down and unable to get our food. It seems like it would be a benefit, but I would suggest ordering before hand, we got home later in the evening from a trip to universal and it was a 1-2 hour wait for food. We ended up just ordering from Uber eats. Overall great stay for the price!
