The staff upon check in were very informative and friendly. It was very clean and comfortable. It was mostly quiet overnight although other doors down the hallway were quite loud shutting. Very close to Hollywood Boulevard and Walk of Fame

Our stay was more expensive than the rate we found online that we thought we locked in, and it was also very noisy inside the hotel. There were cockroaches scuttling around our room as well.

The was no parking available either night we stayed and had to park down the block. Parking when available is an additional $20. We had 4 rooms and there were cockroaches in two of them. The pictures online are definitively a fake out.

The noise levels were really bad, we were woken up through the night multiple times per night, walls are paper thin and people talking & closing doors would wake us, Hotel is in need of an update and some soundproofing. Location is quite good but be aware this area of Hollywood is rough, I wouldn’t walk around at night alone. You get plenty of fresh towels & the cleaners are in regularly & clean the room well but the decor is old. Staff were friendly & there is free tea & coffee available. WiFi is also provided with good speed. Price was reasonable for West Hollywood
