Honestly this was a terrible time. When we arrived, the worker at the front desk told us “sorry, we’re all sold out of king beds.” Like what?! We literally reserved our stay for a king bed a week prior. My boyfriend and I were so stressed thinking we didn’t have a place to stay. He then told us they had a room with 2 queen beds, which was our only choice (even though we booked a king and showed him our booking!). The queen beds sucked. My boyfriend is a tall guy and he didn’t fit on the bed. We also were told we would have a parking space in their garage, but every time we tried they would tell us they were sold out. We ended up having to park a block away and make multiple trips with our stuff. Our room’s floor boards were duck taped because they were falling apart. Our tv didn’t work either. This was such a terrible stay.

The room was clean. The view of the trash pile outside and the dumptruck leaving more trash everyday was a major detractor. The hotel is incredibly noisy. Walls are thin and housekeeping is loud all day. Washing machines going all night.

Been here before and the staff is always kind and helpful Just not good that we couldn’t use the entrance from the garage door, was inconvenient, but beside that everything was perfect!! P. D. Loved the art work the maids did with the towels
