Front desk staff was the nicest person ever. Made checking in super easy she even accommodated the guest in front of me who was having a... hard day. The area is nice and the property was pretty quiet during my stay. The cleaning staff works so hard there wasn't a moment I saw day or night they weren't keeping things nice and tidy. A quick drive to the nearby mall and minutes from Pasadena. Would definitely stay here again just based off how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Also expect to see peacocks roaming the property, that was so cool.

Good value for the price of 100 USD in LA . Comfort is basic / standard . Bed was comfortable. Pillows are thin but still ok for me. Room and facility were clean and safe area to park your car . Just I have the impression bed sheets aren’t changed .

this was my second time staying at this property. The First time was all right, but the second time that we arrived at the property we had arrived about 45 minutes after the check-in time which is 3 PM and we come to find out that our room was still not available, So we had to wait an additional 45 minutes while it was cleaned and ready for us and I find it to be a huge inconvenience as we had pets and a child waiting after a 14 hr drive. The room felt like it was cleaned in a rush, and I don’t even think the sheets were changed, And no additional toilet paper was left but one roll for four night stay. Overall, the property was moderately taken care of in the pool was available, The area is actually a really good area so I don’t have any complaints in that regard.
