I’ve stayed here a few times. I stayed here in August and I had a medical emergency Trent’s at the front desk helped me she was very courteous brought me water and called 911 for me. I stayed again and Trenya helped me again I thanked her for helping me before. She again gave the best service. Trenya has a great personality and really cares. I feel very safe at this hotel. Thank you. This hotel is also very clean and quiet definitely recommend.

I was traveling with my family and needed a luggage carrier to carry my suitcases up the 4th floor. Both during checkin and checkout, I asked the front desk and they couldn’t provide me with that. During checkout, I requested them to look at the camera and tell me where it is and I can pick it up, they directed me to the wrong floor. I took me 3 trips to bring my luggage down. Very frustrating experience.

Terrible service I paid for a room with 2 beds and the room smells marijuana and they change me for a other room with 1 beds they say if I want a room with 2 bed I have to pay more bout I paid for a 2 beds first I stay 2 night and they remove my stuff in the room terrible service I never can go here anymore
