The worst customer service from one of the employe

When I first arrived with all my luggage I was taking me to move to Belize I was told by the girl wearing the hubby that I could not bring all of that luggage into my room. I asked her we're going to leave it in here he said there's nowhere you can store it here. I then went to the airport to try to check but I couldn't bring to my room in but I had to wait until 6:30 during this time my parents talked with another friendly employee at the front desk I think her name was is she put my extra luggage in the luggage room which the girl before said that she didn't have a any place to put it. She made that whole experience nightmare I went back and forth airport four times and if she would have just said I have a luggage room from the beginning everything would have been fine after she left my parents worked it out with another girl and everything was fine the first girl was so mean she never smiled she's not helpful she did everything she could to make a whole experience and nightmare of that sure if I Habib spelled correctly but I'm sure you know who she is she does she she is she's awful she's the worst thing for your hotel

The hotel is pretty big and offer a microwave to heat up food but I wish it is a better condition. It took forever so the line was for about an hour if you wanted use

This is a great cheap and cheerful hotel. The room is basic but clean and the shuttle service is really handy and saves lots of money as taxis were charging $45 even though it was so close to the airport. I stayed here for 1 night after a flight and before my next flight and it was clean, comfortable and basic. I didn't experience any issues and they even stored my luggage for me for the day.

Nice property. Stayed for the night. Night check-in staff member Tweena(I hope I spelled/pronounced her name right) was awesome! She provided us with top notch customer service! Thats how customer service should be. My only gripe about the hotel in the sheets/blankets. They smelled like pee. Had to spray the bedding down. Otherwise, great stay!
