The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing on the walls and floors, ensuring a comfortable stay. While there was some noise at night due to its proximity to a busy street, the convenient location added to its appeal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant and welcoming.

Unprofessional general manager putting people on the do not rent list for apparently multiple people coming in and out of my room. There was only me in that room. No one else. Shes a liar! She was sure that i had other people in the room and thats impossible. It was only me and when corporate sees the videos to prove it, i hope to get some kind of apology.

Good stay for 3 nights
The location is convenient. The room is clean but has a little bit unpleasant smell. The bed is too soft for me as I got backaches after sleeping on it for six hours. The service is great. When I reported the hearing system was not working, the front desk lady called a maintenance person to come and check it immediately. When he found the problem could be fixed, the lady switched me to another room without any issues.
