Rooms don’t come with blankets unless you request it. Only the room on the inner side have wifi. Most rooms don’t have working tvs. Almost all the guest were either dr*g dealers or Pr*stitutes. Reception is behind bullet proof glass.

Absolutely the rudest front desk, people with the most unhelpful attitude and non-accountable working practices ever. Our rooms didn’t have towels or even pillows.

broken tv when i got the room there is NO towels at all , i called front desk they said that is house keeping fault and i need to come to front desk myself however there is no shower towel only small one.. i said should you bring it instead i go downstair and i need shower towel for shower . the front desk hang up on me... this is the worse exp i had in the world so far 8/9

They run out of towels, staff gave me 1 dirty stained towel & 2 towels for the floor, toilet flusher not working, stain on pillows and bed, over all very dirty room. staff doesn't have a good service, I want to leave and ask for my refund so we can transfer to another place to stay but staff said I can't do refund, talk to the person the next day same thing sorry we run out of towels, where can you find a motel that doesn't provide towels and gave me towels for the floor, I ask the staff are you gonna use this towels on your body after you shower, this is for the bathroom floor!!! Smell pee all over the area of the building. No smoking but we found cigarette butts under the bed. I ask for the manager's telephone number staff said i can't give you phone number to call, can't give you refund because you book to a third party. call expedia.
