My house burned down and ive been staying here until i move into my new place. The staff has been absolutely amazing and very understanding to my needs that arise. Alejandra and Melina have been angels and i truely appreciate the hospitality and eagerness to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We checked in late, after arriving late, and walked into the room and it smelled like smoked, but ignored it. We then went to use the towels and they were all stained ,but I also let it go and tried ignored it. Then went to get ready for bed and saw stains on the top converter, then removed the bed sheets and saw pee stains that were still yellow. DISGUSTING. I went to the check in desk and he told me, he couldn’t do anything only to refund my money. And I was left without a hotel room at 10pm. Stranded. Had to find the next closest hotel and ended up paying triple the price . AWEFUL! Will never stay at motel 6 ever again.

It was last minute booking. Had the standard room with no microwave and refrigerator which was fine. Stayed a night. The sink was disgusting and gnats were flying around. Internet was slow! My key card didnt work, i wanted to get ice from the machine. Asked the cleaning lady to help me, she ignored me and walked away. Front desk-office where nice. There were a variety of restaurants close by.

We booked a two queen non smoking room When we got there check in took almost 20 minutes because the guy worker was super slow and it seemed like he did not want to help anyone. When we finally got to the room we walked in and walked out less than 30 seconds because the smell of cigarettes hit us as we walked in. It was so frustrating to have to go back up front because we had my 3 month with us at 11:00pm!! However this time the lady was very understanding and helpful with us She apologized and got us a room real quick that was to our liking.
