Overall the room was good however there was about 2 small roaches in the bathroom & holes in the wall. Upon arriving I had to check in a hour later because they said the room wasn’t available. & the receptionist seemed to have an attitude or bad day. & the area seems a bit dirty. Would give 6/10.

My expectations of this hotel were not high to begin with. But I chose it because of the location close to the LA convention center. This place is extremely dirty and advised if you do stay here, bring your self -cleaning supplies with you. The noise from cars and the other people in the hotel dragging stuff across the floor or dropping things on the floor all night, I spent four nights here and will not be back to this hotel. I'm not a motel 6. Basher on the 5th day I was in San Luis Obispo at a motel. 6 and had a very good experience there.

This hotel stay has been the worst we've had so far. The room floor was so dirty it looked like no one sweeped or mop the floor. The bed sheets had stains and hairs. I found at leat 5 dead roaches in the room and one in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was also very dirty with hairs on the floors. The TV mostly but also the microwave was full of dust. It was all so very dirty. We stayed doe two nights despite all this because I really didn't want to go to the trouble of looking for another place. I made the BIG mistake, I still can't believe my self, of not reading the reviews prior of our booking. If I had I would have never book our stay here. So leason learned. Also, our room was not cleaned the next day as I was expecthing. At every other place we've stayed it gets cleaned once you step out for the day. You come back to a clean room, made bed with clean sheets and a cleaned up bathroom with new set of towels. Again my mistake for thinking Motel 6 would have descent service as to clean our room while we were out. I had to call front desk to ask for a new set of clean towels. One thing for sure, wont make the same mistake again of booking cheap Motels because cheap service is what you'll get.

This is the second time I have had to stay here for a funeral and the floors are always dirty. Whoever cleans those rooms never cleans the floors. Within ten minutes of walking around with no shoes on my feet were black. I have two dogs and two cats and my floors are never that dirty. They look clean, but the floors are filthy. I think this is how cleaning staff gets away with not cleaning them.then you have white sheets and duvet cover is white and you cant keep your feet clean to save your life, then it gets all over the bed. Other than that, no issues.
