Clean, but needs a new maintenance staff
The Ontario Airport Hotel and Convention Center is in a good location and the room was clean. We had a bad check in experience last time we stayed here a month ago, but this time it went very quick and smooth. With that said, they have some severe maintenance issues: 1. The sliding double doors in front did not work. They used a single door which was fine, but difficult to get a cart through. 2. The elevators were hit and miss. The second day of our stay, they had signage directing us to the maintenance elevator which was not kept. 3. My door key didn’t work. I had to go back down the non working elevator situation to get it reprogrammed. 4. The TV wouldn’t turn off. I ended up unplugging it. 5. The hot water is plumbed backwards. Normally on that type of faucet of the type all the way up is hot. 6. The outlet on one of the lamps did not work. Normally if it was any one of these items alone, no biggie. But when they all occurred during our stay, it points to a bigger problem.

I loved there suites they were clean and pretty and very spacious the balcony was a plus excellent views . Beds where comfortable and sheets were clean. I didn’t like that there was no microwave but they did have a small refrigerator.

The elevator was acting funny and taking me to the wrong floor. Warm water took forever to warm up. I wanted housekeeping but the ladies woke us up at 7am and couldn't have them clean up it was too early.
