The room doors are extremely dated making back and forth travel to your room near impossible. We went through 22 keys and ended up having to ask staff to open our door. Worst part is the hotel is very aware of the ongoing problem for at least the past 6-months. Only 1 elevator was working, the service elevator, for all 10 floors that was packed with a big soccer tournament. The food was horrendous. Only bright spot was the room was clean and staff was nice. That's it.

Elevator was broken and sketchy when working. Door locks had major issues had to get new key card or let in by staff multiple times. Do not stay here until they get their door and elevator issues resolved.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years. The hospital was recently sold under new management. But, unfortunately, the changes are very slow for any improvements. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous, but understandably are also very frustrated. It took me over 45 minutes to check in due to some unknown clerical error. During my time at the front desk, approximately a dozen upset guests kept requesting for their electronic keys to be reinstated. They stated that the electronic keys will only work once and then upon attempting to re-enter, they will need to go to the front desk, each and every single time For a new key. Also, the elevators have been extremely unreliable. I had already mentioned to the staff about being stuck in the elevator for a few minutes without the ability to exit. They mentioned that they have been aware of the problem for quite some time. The staff response appears to be generic as they know that the management is not investing the funding to take care of the more urgent and immediate issues. Hopefully the new management can see these reviews so they can improve upon this hotel.

I’m very sorry that I had a bad experience with my stay. I was staying at this hotel cause it was close to where a Christmas party I was attending. Upon my check in my keys didn’t work so I went down to get new ones and those didn’t work. By chance an employee was walking by and alerted front desk with a two way radio. We were let in by the employee while the desk person retrieved us new keys. Then I was disappointed that the bar area was closed down due to the hotel licensing. Very disappointed cause I was there to celebrate my birthday too. I will not go back unless I’m compensated for my stay.

First off, the photos do not accurately portray this hotel. The lobby looks ok, but the first clue that something was not right was the signs that direct you to the service elevators - JUST in the lobby. So, when you get to your floor, you can take the elevator? Anyway, the first room they gave us smelled horribly of mildew, so we switched rooms. The hotel is very dated. The bed is low to the ground and very hard. There was a weird tiny mini fridge just sitting by the wall. The bathroom is so small you cannot sit on the toilet and close the door, so make sure you close it prior to sitting down! The AC unit made such a loud noise all night that we took a video. It sounded like an alarm! There was a shoe print on our ceiling with the remains of a squished bug. The "bar" is not serving alcohol because they lost their liquor license. The hot and cold are reversed on the shower, which is tiny. There is a huge crack under the door so very bright light shines into the room all night. There are no charging ports because the room is so dated. Best of all, the TV remote does not work to turn off the TV! So, you have to get out of bed and turn it off on the TV itself, which is about 20 years old. I was so disappointed, I will never stay here again and recommend no one EVER stay here.
