The hotel is clean and the grounds are patrolled by security. The room was clean and adequate for the 2 nights I needed to rest, while doing work at the Ontario Convention Center. I would recommend this property for a layover for a pending flight outta Ontario airport or if doing short term work there the immediate area.

Good for the price we paid.

the hotel was good for the purpose I booked it. It was mostly clean, few spots here and there in the carpet. I really liked the showers because it was a floor shower and not a tub kind. Towels were clean, room was clean, but the room we stayed in didn't have usb chargers for our phones. the breakfast buffet was good, good variety of options. It is not a luxury hotel, but we had a comgortable staying.

This hotel stole my $118 on February 21, 2025, this hotel was book by accident and I ask for a refund, I never showed up at the hotel itself because as mention it was book by accident. They gave me the back and forth cat and mouse game with Expedia, when the hotel itself has the final say. Expedia is just a booking agency. Expedia itinerary: 73037763428288

The shower didn’t work very well because when you turned it down to get a decent temp. The water was coming out at a very low pressure. No resturant. The check in staff was friendly and very efficient.
