The location is the best part of the hotel. Lots of boutiques to enjoy. We couldn’t control the room temperature in an easy way - that would be my only minor complaint.

Very nice, comfortable stay at Palihotel Melrose. Very cool decor and good vibes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Local area has a fair amount going on, with shops and restaurants. Great breakfast!

Don’t judge a book by its cute cover.

The bathtub filled up with water while showering. So disgusting. We reported it and nothing happened. The air conditioning was sub standard. The controls for our room were out in the hall under lock and key. Our room Was uncomfortable by morning.

It was a cute and safe boutique hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. I suggest just having a keycard sensor and some other type of security instead of calling front desk to open the parking garage gate to get in. The only complaint I have is the lack of robes, clean utensils (cups/ teaspoons.. we only had one and it’s used) and a full box of facial tissue (there were only a couple left) enough for the stay and the number of people booked in the room. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay with a lot of food options nearby within walkable distance. Blue daisy is also a good restaurant for brunch.

Comfort Tops All

This boutique hotel is not only conveniently located but also super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You do use your phone to text the front desk instead of calling, so that is unique. There isn’t an ice machine on the floors or a microwave in the room. But overall the comfort and service makes you forget about any small stuff.
