Garden side means no freeway sound
Nice hotel by the freeway. We should have book towards the inside garden, otherwise you hear the freeway. It’s modern, clean and breakfast is served in the restaurant!

Palm Gardens never disappoints. Love the hot tub and finally after several years their restaurant is open. Always enjoy staying here wherever I am in Thousand Oaks. So much available in the area and they have a nice courtyard. Will continue staying here as I love their clean rooms.

Homeless nearby and extreme noise coming from a highway on-ramp. Nice and clean hotel just needs a few things to be an easy 5 star. Overall good price for the area.

Perfect stay for a night. Everything worked well, pool area was lovely. It’s not luxurious but they have done a great job making this place nice and welcoming and it’s unbelievable value for a pleasant stay.

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and we had a romantic and relaxing weekend! Friendly staff, clean rooms. Beautiful foliage and very well maintained grounds. Included full breakfast (not just continental) and free parking was wonderful! Pool/spa was very welcoming. Poolside food/drink service was awesome, staff was very attentive to our every need. Will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable here. The pool area was great and well maintained. The gym was clean and only 1 elliptical wasn't working. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. We did report 2 issues 1 with the ac unit and the other woth the room door not closing upon check out. They were reporting it to maintenance to be fixed. Atmosphere was chill. We loved it!
