The property is not new, but in great condition. The staff is very nice, and there's a new bar/ restaurant that's very nice. Overall, I'll make it my good to place when I'm traveling for work.

We had an amazing time staying here while visiting our Granddaughter at Cal Lutheran University! The room was big and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back! The pool and hot tub were great as well!

Must try in Thousand Oaks.
It looks the facility is recently renovated. It’s very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and explaining in details about how to get my room and amenities. Also, hot breakfast was excellent.

We make frequent trips to CHLA for my daughter. It’s so expensive to stay in a mediocre hotel and then you have to pay $50 just to park. The Palm Garden is way better than anything close to CHLA for this price. Free parking and continental breakfast and friendly staff. I’m definitely coming back here

Perfectly fine hotel for my needs. The A/C in the room rattled which wasn't ideal but apart from that it was a comfortable stay. The hotel website advertised a recent renovation which was evident around the property but it was clear the room hadn't really been updated in a long time. However the room was comfortable enough and cleaned every day. Hotel staff pleasant enough, no real complaints there.
