We stayed here for 2 nights during our Disney-universal studios family trip. The location is very convenient to go to universal studios. Although it is small family run hotel but our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff Eli and Alfredo went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. When we reached here from Disneyland, we checked in late and the kids went to sleep right away. I wanted to shower but found out that the water was very hot. The manager Eli asked me if we wanted to change room as the water couldn't be fixed until the morning. Since the kids were already sleeping and I didn't want to wake them up, so Eli gave me another room so I could shower without any extra charge and the water was fixed first thing in the morning.
The complementary breakfast had a lot of variety (much more then we had other budget motels at Disneyland). The morning manager Alfredo was very accommodating too. My son wanted to eat peanut butter and even though not in the menu Alfredo went and brought us a small brand new container of peanut butter and asked us to keep it.
Overall very happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, rooms are very spacious with microwaves. Free parking right in front of my room. Altough the building is old but I would stay here anytime I visit this area again
