The room we paid for that they allocated to us, had a broken window and a door to the street in the 2nd bedroom, where my young son was due to stay, was not secure. We had to request a room change and they downgraded us to a 1 bedroom room with 2 beds, which means we have overpaid for the stay. In addition, that first night, I had to get redressed and go to reception 3 times over noise complaints, reception NEVER answered their phone. The people above us had children jumping off beds and running around their room and simply refused to control them. The hotel was unable to stop this. It finally stopped after 11pm when we were simply all exhausted. We paid good money to stay there and the experience was simply awful. The manager refused to discuss it with us. It was a horrible stay, coming all the way from Australia to be treated like that.
