Great value for the price! Stayed there with our two 13 yo daughters. Felt safe. Parking was convenient. Near some cool attractions. Walkable to public transportation. Staff was super friendly & the breakfast guy was great! Definitely recommend. It’s West Hollywood so you’re going to see homeless people & garbage while walking around but for the price, you can’t beat it.

What a dump
Room wasnt very clean and had an odor of backed up sewage near the bathroom. Apparently whenever residents on the 2nd floor shower, water drips into the bathrooms of 1st floor rooms. Certain staff members are incredible rude, and they can't seem to follow the same parking protocol from shift to shift, with one staff member allowing visitor parking and another refusing..same staff member also andwers the phone with a nasty "hello " not even mentioning the business name when he answers. Unless you ask for maid service you wont get it..and you cant move around in the bed without the bed sliding across the floor..this place is hot garbage and should be avoided at all costs

Nice Hotel, but BAD AREA.
This is an average hotel, but the AREA IS TERRIBLE--we were actually followed by someone when we left the hotel on foot to try to get food in the area at night--we made several intentionally random deviations from our intended path to verify the person was following us and doubled back. Moreover, the suspect was intentionally trailing in, what for most people would be, a blind spot. We went into a 7-11 and had them call the police--when the suspect saw us talking to the clerk, he fled. Again, acceptable hotel, but not a great area--you can also tell this by the prison bars that surround the entire hotel.

First and last time booking a room here. Terrible experience, we found a cockroach in my room. The bathtub was rusty and dirty. Towels did not smell clean.

The property is cheap. Dont expect much. The price is low for a reason. The rooms are fine, beds are comfy tv works but everything else could do with some work. I booked it because it was cheap and a good location. Having now stayed there, this is exactly its appeal.

Overall stay wasn’t bad, a small issue was the fact at 4:00am we were locked in and couldn’t exit the hotel as the front desk empire was broke but appeared apppr 5 mins later .

The basic things are at a good level
Room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Underground, closed parking garage was amazing. The neighborhood was concerning, a lot of homeless and questionable people at every direction. Sirens of police cars and fire department at almost all times. Even the smallest sounds came through to the room. The TV was outdated and the showerhead is placed so low, that a 6-foot tall person can't enjoy a shower.
