Decent breakfast, nice water pressure. Unfortunately the smell of the carpet and or ac unit says they need to be replaced. I did have to burn candles and spray febreeze to enjoy the stay.

We were scheduled for a 7-day stay ended up @ 6 days due to the bed causing back issues for myself, even though it was a king pillow top mattress. the room had a Jacuzzi tub which is the reason I decided on it, however the controls are in another room, had to ask where they were, and they are located in the bathroom, which without asking we thought it was a timer for a heat lamp. Overall the room was decent, housekeeping was daily. All staff was great. On two separate occasions and times I asked for the manager during the day, staff always answered without saying the manager he/she was not available “is there anything I can do for you?” Never saw anyone that had a manager title just someone sitting @ the front desk. Main complaints that I have was that the so-called Continental Breakfast (which is on the 1st floor) was not nowhere near Continental is actually mainly left over breakfast. In the 6 days we were there after our first two days, they ran out of bacon, apple juice, bananas. We were told groceries would not be replenished until the 4th day later (after our 1st two days) and not be ready for breakfast until the 5th day which we would have already left. They have cold hard boiled eggs, we asked how to warm up the eggs, if you don’t ask you would never have known that the microwave is on the 2nd floor. Why not have a microwave in the same room/floor? If you have fixed your other food, then have to go upstairs to another floor to warm up your eggs

We have stayed at their property many times, and they are going through a remodel. However our room, #110 needs a new roller, exhaust fan in bathroom is out. No freezer in the refrigerator, to keep our blue ice chilled. Breakfast is satisfactory. Employees are pleasant.

Renovation Underway: Dated Rooms, Friendly Staff

The lobby has been recently refreshed and feels bright and modern. Unfortunately, the guest rooms remain dated and in need of a full overhaul. Ongoing construction in the corridors was quite noisy and disruptive. The cleanliness of the rooms also fell short of expectations. Parking is ample and convenient, though it comes at an extra cost. The breakfast area offers a charming outdoor terrace, but the buffet selection is very limited. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Given the current state of the rooms and breakfast offerings, the rates feel a bit steep for what’s on offer.

In the middle of renovations, so some areas were nice and some were still waiting for very much needed reno. The advertised pool is just a very big hot tub, also unused because renovations, but the beach was easily accessible by public transportation/walking. Very conveniently located, good for the price. Friendly front desk, if a bit absent. Maintenance requests addressed in a timely manner, although I shouldn’t have had to need them. Good for budget traveling and you do get a beautiful view

Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, very accessible and easy check in. Highly recommend. Breakfast was simple but good, bagels, toast, waffles, orange juice, coffee, yogurt and sausage. Outside patio for breakfast, very relaxing. All the staff was super super nice. Would definitely stay again. 15 min walk to beach. Plenty of dinning options, nail salons and e-bikes around.
