I went on my 50th birthday. The windows and patio were taped shut because they were painting. It smelled musty in the room because of it. I wish they told me ahead of time. Very disappointing.

Check in on 11/21/2024 my room was 527.00 they charge me 677.00 after showing them my bank statement over the phone they said the will reverse the charge but never did but I really find it interesting that they computer showed 527.00 but my account show 677.00 something was up with them I will be filling reports with my bank and law enforcement

The elevator was not working and despite asking for a room on a lower floor they put us on the top. Such a hassle with luggage. They did not clean the room once during our 4 night stay. Dirty place.
